NEED TECHNICAL HELP?
We recommend testing that you are able to login to the Virtual Meeting Room several days before the session you wish to attend so that there is time to work with you should you need any technical assistance. For help, please contact us.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
If this is your first time accessing the Virtual Meeting Room from this computer, you may want to access the “Technical Check” to make sure your computer is ready for the experience. From there you can proceed to a “Test Room” link and review the technical requirements.
When you log in for the first time, you may be prompted to download Sun Microsystem’s Java Web Start (or OpenJNLP for Mac), a pre-requisite for the Virtual Office. You only need to do this the first time you access a live online session in this format.
